WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We aim to dispatch all print-only orders within 3 working days. You will receive your order 2 – 14 working days after that. Every endeavour is made to ensure your prints leave our gallery as soon as possible.
Francoise V Fine Art distribution partner will contact the customer to arrange delivery on any weekday between 09h00 and 17h00. No deliveries will be made during weekends or on public holidays. Reasonable endeavours will be made to deliver the product on the arranged time and date.
Shipping costs will be visible and transparent during the checkout process.

Cape Town-based customers can pick up the prints from our showroom. The pick up address is :

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY COSTS
Size and weight determine courier cost. Courier fees are calculated at checkout.
Taxes and Import Costs – International
If your delivery address is outside South Africa, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination (importing) country. Any such charges must be borne by you. Customs policies and tax rates vary widely from country to country.
UPON DELIVERY
The customer or the person taking delivery on behalf of the customer will be required to sign a proof of delivery (POD). Unless indicated to the contrary on the POD, it is deemed that the product has been delivered and received in good condition and, where appropriate, in accordance with the customer’s specifications.
The customer is required to inspect products on delivery.
The customer must ensure that the place of delivery is accessible; that the product delivered can fit into lifts, staircases or through doors and that all the relevant areas have been cleared prior to delivery. This includes the removal of breakable objects. No products will be hoisted over balconies or through windows. Should hoisting be required, the customer will arrange this at his own cost. The customer accepts the risk of all damages that may result due to non-compliance by customer. The customer will be charged for additional delivery costs due to failed deliveries, access problems and/or failure to adhere to the appointment time for the delivery/collection.

We try to ensure that the customer views updated product information on the website at any point in time. We endeavour to ensure that all information pertaining to our products is current and correct.
Prices and method of supply
The prices displayed on the Francoise V Fine Art website is quoted in Euros, which is valid and effective only in relation to supply in Europe. Full payment of the price and delivery charges is required before any products will be delivered to the customer. We utilize the Peach payment gateway for our transactions and accept debit card, credit card and instant EFT as payment methods. Regrettably we do not accept cash or cheques.
